Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage directly under your bust. Keep it snug and level. Round to the nearest even number — that's your band size (e.g. 34, 36, 38).
Step 2 — Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the ground. Don't pull too tight — the tape should sit comfortably against your skin.
Step 3 — Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch difference corresponds to a cup size:
- 1" = A cup
- 2" = B cup
- 3" = C cup
- 4" = D cup
- 5" = DD/E cup
