Refund policy
Order cancellation:
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds:Â
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please understand it is a requirement to provide clear, visual proof of the damage to qualify for a full refund or a free reshipment on a product claimed as defective or damaged (providing clear photos or videos of the damage).
Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! Â
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message us. (See Contact Us)
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and all tags attached within 30 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of the purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.
